S4 has a unique ability to work with clients wanting change, advice, help making plans of action, deal with anxiety, insomnia, FOMO and general life inconveniences. S4’s approach to therapy is not clinical and more idyllic for real life issues. Support is the objective and we excel at providing what’s needed for the individual, not the textbooks.
Therapeutic Homeopathic Method Plan
Not all issues need an Rx. At S4, we believe in a “try till it works” mentality. Only until we’ve created a safe, personalized and detailed support plan, then start working together on the issues. At S4, we use all psychological models to create a unique plan for a unique you.
We are neutral in terms of prescription medications. There are clients that may need them without question however we’ll create a unique plan using all our resources and a referral for psychiatry, if needed. Examples of Homeopathic Methods: breathing exercises, mental reframing, mental places for safety, coping skills etc… Our methods are not intended to replace needed medication however there are countless remedies that nature can do as well.
